Overview The Sales Design Consultant I position aims to achieve annual sales targets by exceptional customer service, understanding project needs, managing the sales process, tracking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Design Consultant will have daily interaction with customers, contractors and distributors. Responsibilities include addressing basic issues, escalating complex ones, participating in training, maintaining a tidy showroom, and assisting with store tasks as directed by the Store Manager. This position is deeply focused on achieving sales outcomes and providing best in class customer service.

The Kitchen, Bath & Lighting Store Customer Service Coordinator seeks to enhance the experience at the Kitchen, Bath & Lighting Store (KBL) to ensure all customers receive the best-in-class customer service.  This position is to support the showrooms within the Northern Region with order management / fufillment, training, and process / SOP adherence.  Open to remote work with ability to day trips to locations within Northern Region.
